How we make our “boeries”
Our production room is <4℃ (Celsius)
We only use 100% natural Premium Australian Prime Meat Cuts, that are trimmed of any excess fat or sinew and cut into cubes. These are then rubbed with fresh Ground Spices and seasoning and then Course Ground and stuffed into 100% natural casings in a long continuous coil
Each coil is weighed and packed into a tray with a soaker pad, labelled, vacuum packed and date coded before being quick frozen to -18℃ (Celsius)
